Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use gabber.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, including keeping your login information secure.

Acceptable use

No harassment, abuse, or harmful content.
No impersonation or deceptive behavior.
No attempts to access others’ accounts or data.
No misuse of availability or call features.

Calls and availability

gabber enables real-time calls using LiveKit. Calls are not recorded or stored. Availability signals are for coordination and may be seen by your friends.

Content and conduct

You are responsible for content you share. We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or safety reasons.

Disclaimers

gabber is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes.
